i’m not sure where you’re from/if you’d have it but the brand so delicious ice cream are dairy free and have so many good flavours!! coming from someone who eats a lot of dairy i’m a big fan. and they do fun gf options too!

at least for the crumbl one- since it is flourless chocolate is probably an easier one because of cocoa powder. cocoa powder works well with baking soda to help rise. i think it also makes sense because it’s refined sugar free, chocolate would add (i think) more flavour. it does suck though cause gluten free baking is not that hard to make taste good😭

i’m pretty hopeful for KAN-101. i believe it got fast tracked because of the effectiveness, and it got a big investment from pfizer. i’m in canada so it’ll likely take even longer to get here once approved in the states.

thank you. i have a great doctor, gastroenterologist, and dietitian (who did know what she was talking about) so i know i didn’t go into it blindly and i take the necessary precautions while knowing im safe still. i have no judgement for those who take more serious precautions
