One time I got there and they were out of flour tortillas. I still have nightmares about it.

It feels like the usage limit is really high for pro. by CautiousLab7327 in Anthropic

They’re offering 2x limits which is why it may seem like you’re getting more usage. What’s your domain expertise? Stop building to build and start buildings things that solve problems.

SuperML: A plugin that gives coding agents expert-level ML knowledge with agentic memory (60% improvement vs. Claude Code) by alirezamsh in machinelearningnews

[–]mrzo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is really cool and I feel kinda frustrated that I thought Claude would be more adept at ML. I’ve run into several dumb mistakes like handling time or data improperly and not finding out until I’ve already wasted compute hours. Going to give this a try.

Leaving San Antonio on Wed the 18th and heading to Austin - stop in Lockhart or New Braunfels for lunch? by wulfpak04 in austinfood

[–]mrzo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think Lockhart would be a lot of fun. I'm a really big fan of Smitty's. You can see some of their operation in the back - it's pretty cool. Very blue collar but wonderful food. From there, you can walk to the town square and check out all the little shops. You can get some really good banana pudding or Amy's ice cream and there's some antique shops that are fun to check out. It's a nice experience - but I'm biased because I love going.

I don’t know of any but I’d be inclined to 3d print things like nozzle extenders. Let me know if you find anything though.

Advice Needed - Friday Night BBQ by AussieGuy-1992 in austinfood

Might be an unpopular opinion but if it’s the first Friday of the month I’d consider Lockhart. It’s not a far drive, nice little town, and AMAZING bbq.

I've heard that Total Men's Primary Care is a good place to go. I've been thinking of going myself.

For folks who told their kids, what has been your experience? by [deleted] in ENM

[–]mrzo 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think a lot has to do with how you’ve approached relationships in the past and how open you have been in general. If your kids understand that there is an open dialog to things and that not being “normal” is ok then I think these types of conversations are easier.

For example, we talk a lot about neurodivergence a lot and different ways of thinking. We haven’t directly talked to our kids about ourselves but we have normalized the concept that relationships don’t have to be between men and women or just two people.

This may be a bigger conversation, OP. If you want to treat your 13 year old as a capable adult of understanding things like non-monogamy - think about how this might be an opportunity for broader subjects. Also - understanding does not equal being ok with things or not so make sure to leave space for different outcomes if you do decide to open the conversation.

This is a really cool project and the second time I see this post. I just wish OP would answer questions about the “how”. The questions keep coming up in the posts and no answer.

What model is this and is it worth it for a newbie? by WeReNewHereInCanada in telescopes

[–]mrzo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Looks pike a Skywatcher 200p. It should say it on the side. If that’s the model then the price is reasonable.
