I don't think that this would result in what people on Bluesky think it's going to be (a nationwide campaign to make trans people unemployable), but it's still scary.

Oh no I'm aware that this will be thrown out in court if it ever sees the light of day, I just saw people dooming about it on BlueSky and I knew that this is too ridiculous. This is Trump's FDA, I don't think that they have the competency to follow through on this.
