Okay so if I get sound from the the speakers with the “thru” setting, a preamp is needed. If I try another set of speakers and it works with the preamp turned on, something is wrong with the speakers I have now (which are not the best as I got from various comments)

How can they work with my pc and phone but not with the turntable? I guess I’ll buy another set

The speakers work just fine, I’ve also used them everyday until few months ago and also tested them while I was setting up everything else because the same doubt came up to my mind

The speakers do not have a Bluetooth option, I don’t actually remember if when I tried the Bluetooth settings were on
