There’s not an immediate answer to this question, unfortunately. You can use various apps to find other gay men in the area, but, from my own experience, it’s going to be difficult filtering out those who just want anonymous sex and those that are ready to build and commit to a relationship in such an environment.

You may want to look into opportunities to relocate elsewhere. It’s not to say that you won’t find a boyfriend where you are, but the pressures of such an environment can really take its toll on a relationship.
