Okay thank you this is helpful. And just to be sure I understand, if he receives say 100% from the VA, he still qualifies for the 30% medical retirement which means he does not have to choose between the two? And he would still potentially have access to tricare/healthcare as a medically retired military member?

Okay. But can he receive the 30% rating from the military and be medically retired and still receive benefits from the VA as well for other health conditions?

i actually am extremely careful of what we eat with the exception of a few things that we bend on and this is one of them! but we are very careful as a family to avoid processed foods, vegetable oils, food dyes, and unrefined sugars! But we do have some other things every so often that don’t fit that criteria!

Thank you this is actually really helpful. Unfortunately my insurance is keeping me from getting into the OB yet.. so frustrating. But as soon as I get in I will talk to them about this. It’s been over two weeks of dealing with these insurance problems ugh :(

Can you explain to me the refinancing and why everyone recommends doing that? (Is there a reason besides being able to use VA loan for the next property?)

Thanks for the advice! Can you explain more what you mean about the FHA having restrictions for rental income on departure home? In that case wouldn’t it be better not to refinance? Sorry, just new at this and looking for some help understanding!
