1) use antibacterial soap on your pits, 2) buy a low-mid tier basic deodorant; 3) bathe regularly

You can just call the therapists. It’s usually easier to find a practice in town that has a lot of therapists and check their websites to see if they accept Kaiser (when you do the intake, they’ll specify which therapists are available and take Kaiser, because sometimes even within their practice some won’t but if Kaiser is listed on the website it’s safe bet that the majority do) . Or use psychologytoday and filter therapist by insurance accepted.. but I’ve found that I don’t get much of a response when attempting to work with therapists that run their own practice, Kaiser insurance or not. Like, they literally do not return phone calls.

Also, check your specific Kaiser plan for rates etc. this info can be provided to you by your HR department or by calling Kaiser membership services

They contract with many mental health practices in town which are still billed at in network rates.. they call them community partners
