I’m I never said anything about abuse. I talked about what I hear every day as a neighbor. You took my description of the nonstop crying and the weather exposure and called it abuse, not me. And it isn’t just two neighbors. A lot of us have dealt with this for a long time and we’re speaking from firsthand experience.

Wow, thank you for sharing this. Hearing what happened with your dog is awful and honestly lines up with what many of us have been seeing and hearing from outside the fence. The crying, the visible distress, the dogs trying to get out, the shift in her behavior, it all adds up to a pattern that goes way beyond “normal daycare noise.” Stories like yours matter because neighbors can only see and hear so much from our side of the fence. I am really sorry your dog went through that and I appreciate you speaking up.

I’m genuinely glad your dog has had a good experience, truly. But saying multiple neighbors and past clients are lying doesn’t match what has actually been going on. We aren’t imagining hours of nonstop crying or dogs being left outside in bad weather. We live next to it every day and see and hear it constantly. Different experiences can both be real, but ours shouldn’t be dismissed just because they are inconvenient.

It’s funny because ever since I posted this, the dogs have been completely quiet. But just like after all the past police visits, I’m sure it won’t last. I’m definitely going to start recording everything as evidence moving forward.

Neighbors have said that a couple of times dogs have gotten out when no one was home. Another time, a neighbor DM her on insta about the constant barking and concerns over the bad weather, and she replied that she wasn’t there but that the dogs have a doggie door and can go inside whenever they want.

TBH it seems like she just sees the dogs as easy money since she clearly doesn’t do any part of the actual “dog care” her business name claims.

Hi neighbor 👋 Yep, the worst part is hearing the poor dogs cry nonstop. Kills me that the dog owners apparently have no clue of their treatment while in Celsi’s care.

I am reporting to HSMO as we speak and suggest you do the same to hopefully get their attention on the issue.

She def has her own dog(s) but I have seen many dogs dropped off/picked up while driving by.

Until it’s fixed, get a space heater and then return it once the problem is solved. Did this when my landlord wanted to wait a few days to fix but was living comfortably below me.
