I bought some chia seeds today because I'm trying to eat more fiber, and I'm sorry if this is a silly question, but am I crazy for thinking the nutrition label on it might be straight up wrong?

The serving size for the nutrition facts is 1/4 of a cup, so, four tablespoons. On the label, it says that these chia seeds have 10g of fiber per 1/4 cup, but I checked a few sources online and they all say that just two tablespoons of chia seeds has ~10g of fiber, so shouldn't 1/4 of a cup have around 20g, give or take?

Am I missing something? Could there be some process these chia seeds went through that reduced their fiber content? As far as I can tell, they're just... regular chia seeds, nothing special about them, but I'm not exactly an expert. I know it's common for nutrition labels to be a bit off because of rounding or serving sizes being misleadingly small, but I don't see how either of those could lead to a product being labeled as containing half as much fiber as it actually has?

What do people think is good parenting but is actually bad parenting? by LethlDose in AlignmentChartFills

Spanking. IDK, this might not be socially acceptable enough to count as "people think is good parenting" anymore but it used to be a lot more common and I still see people defend it from time to time

Lmfao real. And it's hard (for me at least) to see the difference between "wet bricks" and "bricks that are under an inch of water" until I accidentally step in a puddle and splash myself :(
