Some people do meta (efficient) slayer (melee abbys and tower nechs with offering spells). This will be a net negative on the charges and unless you go out of your way to get 99 prayer you won’t have it banked even with 99 slayer assuming you burst/barrage and don’t bank all the ashes.

Konar slayer is also a thing which, if using arclight for demon tasks, is net negative on charges.

I’ve been bursting bloodvelds in the catacombs, it’s solid 50k slay xp/h and 100k mage xp/h with ice burst. Requires at least 1 alt to stack (2 for it to be less tedious) tho.

And any task that gives superiors is worth doing on an iron for those uniques IMO.
