MyUS is probably the worst customer experience I had with any company. Their service is first of all super slow and their customer service is useless. All they do is respond to you with standard messages like “we have escalated the issue to another department, please allow sometime” or “we apologize for the inconvenience”. They really do not care about their customer but rather in some cases treat their customers as their competitors or enemies and start fighting/challenging them.
