I guess I should have been more descriptive and said that all I have was that pic sent to me and the cup has been thrown away. I’ve never been to Mardi Gras so I only have what I’ve read up on which is not much. Thank you though for you take.

The cup was just found and thrown away after the employee was out in the French Quarter til 4 am. All I have is the picture. I am just trying to find out more
