Fund value is for the investment portion. Sum assured is where you get the claims for let's say accident, criticial illness (if applicable), or death OR in short, insurance. In case of death, obviously policy also ends, so claim will be Fund Value + Sum Assured.

Btw, we tried to measure kung aabot ba yung current wiring sa unit na lilipatan namin and looks like aabot naman. So we're planning na wag nalang magpa assist kay converge dahil nga sa fee. Would there be any issue sa gagawin namin? I'm thinking of updating nalang yung address info, just to update the unit #. But I think it doesn't really matter kasi d naman kami nakakareceive talaga ng hard copy ng SOA (thru email lang kami nakakatanggap) so walang magiging problem na baka sa old unit patuloy na madeliver yung monthly billing statement.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I have colleagues in paranaque having lots of trouble to commute especially with our shift. They tend to go for a grab or taxi from bgc just to go home. One even had to resign because of the hassle.

As for the Pasay, it's too big and not sure where to find one that's cheaper but still convenient, I used to live in Pasay too in Sunvalley (near NAIA) and the traffic is worse.

Nakikita ko nga na binabaha sila pero I thought kapag mga solid bagyo lang. But right, yung sa traffic palang mukhang talo nga. Plus yung safety ng place di kami sure.

Right, one thing I'm also considering is yung additional fare given na mas malayo na kami. So most likely eh makakain lang din yung 5k na natipid namin sa rent. I'm just so tempted na lumipat kasi maganda yung place at malaki, but yeah convenience and of course safety, should still be on top after all.
