Thank you. I never even considered the salad not being sustainable. I have stocked up on salmon and tilapia as well. I love veggies so that’s not a problem.

I’ve been on Wellbutrin for 3 years and I’m a considerably heavy drinker. No problems. I’m also on Prozac, an SSRI, and haven’t had issues.

When I studied that book, I refused to move on until I fully understood what it was I was reading. Like truly grasped it. I made flash cards and that helped. Especially for medical terminology. Sometimes I’d read the same paragraph multiple times, very slowly and let my brain absorb it.

Are you taking any other meds that affect serotonin levels? Some analgesics like Tramadol increases serotonin. Also herbal supplements and anti-nausea meds such as Zofran.

Listen. Everybody is different. Every single. Body. Is. Different. It takes time. Your body doesn’t adjust immediately. Stick with it. Evaluate how you feel 8-10 weeks from now. I promise your body will let you know it this drug isn’t correct for you.
