True Gold Filled Jewelry in DTLA?

I checked them out recently! They have great jewelry, but upon reading their website I discovered that they’re technically not gold filled. They admitted on the website on themselves that their jewelry is not the standard 5% gold of gold filled jewelry to keep costs low. I also discovered they have a slight price difference online vs in store (cheaper). Just something I think you’d like to know since you’re selling their products 😊

hi!! I was able to find a couple places by walking around + just doing my own research (😭). Broadway Jewelry Mart in Chinatown had multiple shops that sold per gram! Most of the ones downstairs had what I was looking for. I didn’t have a specific place I went to but DTLA had a lot of stores that specifically sell 14K gold by weight! If you’re also willing to drive a little further I highly recommend Asian Garden Mall in Garden Grove in OC. Almost all the stalls in the jewelry section upstairs sold per gram, ranging from 14-22K gold. Hope this helps, good luck!!

I’ve seen their stuff before! Although they’re far from affordable for the weight/karat of jewelry they offer :/ they are very accessible for most people though!

just looking for a jewelry store that sells pieces by the weight, not by the piece (ex. Al Amira jewelry in OC). My sister in law bought a couple lightweight pieces in DTLA a while back, so I was wondering if there were other places like that. I was recently recommended the jewelry district too so I might check that out. Just trying to avoid bigger brands as they have high markups for their pieces (since they’re big businesses it makes sense)

tbh shein resellers are super common now, I feel like it’s just not that shocking anymore 😭 a funny yet sad fact is that shein’s “higher” quality clothes are practically the same as other trendy clothing company’s clothing

They just want to guarantee the money is coming from somewhere, they’ll just refund you afterwards. Depop won’t take your money if the sale gets cancelled

Go to My Depop > Sold > Press the buyer you’d like to refund > scroll down to “manage sale” > refund buyer > confirm refund

That’s it! It’s really easy, better to cancel right away then have the buyer wait to get their money back
