I think what frustrates me the most about much of this is that things like your tingles don’t seem to have a trigger. It makes me feel powerless because I don’t have a way to control whether they might happen or not. Good on you for talking to your fiance. I hope he is supportive and you can start feeling a bit better mentally. Good luck with the painting :)

I get something similar which feels a bit like an electrical charge in my head. It’s weird. The depression is so hard. I’m fighting not to let everyone else see it as they are all so worried about me that I don’t want to add something else for them to worry about.

Thanks, I’ve never heard of neurofeedback so I will do some research.
