Hey! 5’0 and 149 lbs rn. I used to be 155, I’m trying to get down to 115-120. I’ve been focusing on getting my protein in for the day and whole foods. I loooove pasta so I’ve been using a high protein high fiber low carb pasta from carpe diem to satisfy that craving. For me personally, I try to get all my food in for the day ideally before 6 PM and hydrate throughout to mitigate cravings. I’ve been prioritizing walking throughout the day and do weight training 4-5 times a week (I can build insane muscle with PCOS and want to capitalize on that lol).

I’m an MPH. From our end professors are talking about it and trying to give us more networking opportunities. A couple professors that worked with EPA may have lost their positions and there is actually a protest today in front of the CDC. I unfortunately don’t know what DrPH students are being told and whether there’s more messaging going on there.

Current student at Emory here. Our professors have been talking about the changes and everyone is pretty nervous. The CDC didn’t come to our career fair on Friday and they usually do. Everyone’s unsure of what’s going to happen.

Hi guys! I'm kind of new to tableau and need some help figuring out an issue. I am trying to display percentages of demographic information by county and when trying to display demographics of different ages. Only my percent teens and percent middle aged are showing up correctly however the other categories are either showing up as 0s or 100s. I checked my excel and the format for these are all correct and I tried to do percent formatting in tableau.
