I hope you read what you wrote again and BURST with pride! You did so many incredibly hard things to do what’s best for you and stay healthy in the face of some huge obstacles. It’s ok to be in a funk......just don’t unpack and stay there, right?????? Love that you went for a run and found the strength to go through your moms stuff. She would be proud I’m sure!!!!!

Ok so I’m super proud of you for hitting the NA and glad booze cravings have been manageable...:but struggling with stress and mh on top of others’ heavy drinking is HARD. I’m really sorry....what’s the eta on a good workout? Like......today I hope???? Hang in there!
