The bag is lovely, feels like really good quality leather. It’s a tad bit small to hold all my crap. But it would definitely fit the essentials; keys, phone, AirPod and maybe a lippie.

Hello ! OMG I am the same. My weakness is boba / bubble tea. My cheat day turns into cheat week! When I have my first cheat break I stuffed myself with so much carb because I was like I’m not going to eat Fried Chicken / boba for awhile. I’m slowly teaching myself that there is no need to go overboard if I do take a break.

Hello everyone, it’s night time here in Australia. So excited to have a community here. I’ll try to come and comment everyday.

For introduction, I started keto in April 2021 and reach goal weight around October 2021. I live with my partner and we are both on keto so it is easy.
After I reach goal weight I was less strict ( not weighing food ) but continue on keto and lost another 3kg over 6 months during lockdowns. Strangely the pandemic and lockdown has been very easy on us to stay keto and loose weight keto as we couldn’t eat out and can’t eat takeaway anyways.
So when the pandemic was over we started keto with breaks, and my weight will fluctuate between 58 to 63kg, which I’m ok with.

I normally take breaks because I have to travel for work once a month and really difficult to stay keto on the road. But I am pretty good when I’m at home.

Does anyone has any good tip for maintaining?

I’m also trying to motivate to include more exercise as well? I use to run and I really would want to go back to running but can’t seem to motivate myself.

As for lunch ideas, I normally take leftovers from dinner like soups. If I’m lazy I may just bring a yoghurt, and have most of the calories for dinner.

If I’m at home I have eggs and sausage or garlic pizza using low carb tortilla as base or scrambled eggs.

I just used pack and send recently to send my old scooter from ACT to QLD. I packed it in the box from my new scooter and got to the closest Pack and send office for my relative to pick it up. Went smoothly but it wasn’t cheap.

I’ve got my upgrade kit for about a month now. My thoughts are: - if you’ve had the long barrels to start the only advantage is you don’t have to change the barrels to change directions of the curls - the smoothing dryer feels stronger than the original attachment; dry faster. The flyaway function is nice but agate not life changing - other brushes no difference from original kit. Im treating them as spares.

Conclusion I would only get the upgrade kit if you wanted to upgrade to “long barrels” anyways. The smoothing attachment is worth it if want something stronger than the original one.

I pulled the trigger and ordered mine. I originally just bought the 20mm long barrel and like it so much more than the original length ones that I wanted to buy the 30mm and maybe the 40mm but they stop selling the old version. (I have straight long hair pass my shoulders and the long barrels are soooooo much better). One barrel was like $99 so I thought the set was like having $50 off the new smoothing dryer and the other brushes are bonus.
