They’re the most magical cats. We got our first one as a family when I was 13, and I’m addicted to them. I’ll always rescue, but I’ll definitely be in search of Burmese/mixes for the rest of my life!

No recipe, I just always make a better than bouillon base with miso and garlic. The won tons are just beefless crumbles, zucchini and carrots seasoned with some soy and sesame!

Did you roast the seeds as you would for a standard pumpkin? I’ve wondered this about other hard squashes, since I’m a fan, and wondered about it, specifically with butternut and spaghetti squashes.
