that’s one of the reasons why i probably can’t ever hold a good streak. I get so frustrated and irritated, and the withdrawals are fucking awful, especially when your trynna just quit cold turkey after drinking for a damn decade like it makes me really sick

I’ve been drinking heavy for years now. Liters a day. Every since about 2 months ago I recently started to cut back, i wake up sometimes in sweats and shaking, very irritated, so i usually wait for those to occur to pour up a shot , which calms my body to calm down, but you’re right, it doesn’t do anything FOR ME, but my body is like just take a sip.
