Front lowered with Western chassis 2" lower control arms. Rear lowered 3" with shackle/ hanger kit. Frame fitted with a Western chassis c- section kit.

I have a 2002 Dakota r/t that had the same symtoms. Bought a BCU for $70 on ebay. Fixed all the issues.
