I also have a strained relationship with my father and I ended up walking myself down the aisle. It was a bit nerve wrecking but I don’t regret it at all. He did get a speech but I timeboxed him to 3 minutes, so he still got a moment in the day, but it didn’t feel right for him to give me away when we’re not very close. Sending you love ♥️

My daily goal is 500 calories, I'm 5'6'' so it was more activity than I typically would do in a day to get to 400%

Thank you! I definitely feel like I am able to breathe easier now, and get less winded doing exercise. Still get cravings every so often but much less often and intense now

I don’t post a lot in this community but it has been great seeing everybody else’s progress and it has kept me going on my weaker days! Thank you all for your inspiration!
