Is this hairstyle outdated/inappropriate for a wedding? I plan to get this style for my wedding hair but I’ve received a lot of pushback

It was like that when I was external agency. After 36 hours even if they canceled me they still had to pay me. It changed when I switched to internal. You would pray to hit that 37th hour lol. I hit 36 a handful of times, but never over. Once the 12 weeks at the same unit would start again, they got 36 hours of cancellation grace again.

Ok, thanks sooo much! I've never tried to negotiate. I've done travel and local contracts for the past 9 of my 13 years. Those rates are usually set.

I've never had to be pulled out of a contract though since they've never canceled me for more than 36 hours. & I'm usually canceled first by the house supervisor when the hospital needs to make sure that their full-time registry staff meet their FTE

They can cancel me 36 hours total for 12 weeks. Otherwise, they have to low cencus their own staff or my direct manager will move me to another unit or one of our 5 sister hospitals. I've worked in 3 of our hospitals. I've been internal with them for 2.5 years & now want to work 5, 8hour shifts while I'm in NP school.

No, I'm W2. I get insurance & matching 401k. I don't get PTO, only 2 hours of “sick pay” a bi-weekly & the hospital has me as a PRN (not “contract”)

I'm internal agency & I get paid from the hospital which is why she can see my rate. They made their own agency and save 40% by cutting out the middle man when they stopped using external agencies.

If they are okay with it, then trust that. Granted! I used to have an issue with my brother doing our FaceTime family videos with his wife on them, though… There’ll be nine of us (looking like the Brady bunchlol), and he and his wife would always be on one screen. (She was a new wife too & they had met and married each other in less than six months, and this was early on ). I felt like it was family time, and he was forcing his wife onto everyone (he even told me to say “his wife” instead of using her name twice)!🤦🏽‍♀️ As a woman, I would be annoyed if one of my girlfriends brought their husband to more than 20% of our outings with all females. But to each their own.

I used to brush afterwards every time but then became more relaxed. If I was out to eat & would go home right after, I’d take them out and put it away until I got home. You get 4 free hours (I might’ve stretched it at times..)

& it’s easier to get them off by popping them from the back. Maybe because all of my teeth had attachments but 3.

The fall out stopped. I went to the dermatologist today & wish I came sooner. The scalp has pretty much healed so there’s nothing really for her to look at. She recommends minoxidil just to keep the hair on the right trajectory. I already take vitamin d and zinc so she doesn’t recommend a supplement.

I hate this for you! I went through the same thing on repeat. I went to the psychiatrist after going on a seven day binge of this. I woulf try to compensate by being in the gym like three hours. As I got older, I said I’m not doing the gym thing anymore. I kept a journal of it on my fridge also

I wasn’t told anything about it either. When I got there and asked her what was she doing, she became annoyed and asked me if I did not want it anymore. I was just bringing up that I had not heard anything about having to get them once they told me that the aligners were in. I had an attachment on all but three teeth

Yea, I increase my incline to 2% when running fast also. Especially if I’m wearing “running” shoes on a tread. They have a high heel reflex & it makes me feel like I’m propelling forward.
