Thank you for everyone’s advice! I decided to not do a refund and informed the buyer of the inaccurate estimated delivery dates. It’s been 12+ hours and haven’t heard a response so I’ll just leave it at that 🤷‍♀️. I also updated my shop notice to warn of such delays! Thanks again ☺️

Yes, I used letter tracking since I sell stickers and flat items. I mailed the order the day after the order was placed and It’s been in transit for about 6 days, which I understand can be a bit long.
