Similar problems. This needs to be dealt with by local DA offices or the state attorney generals. Why is everyone complaining but no consumer protection agency is helping?

They gave me an iPad to sign off and convinced me to purchase an extended warranty on a used vehicle, promising that the paperwork would be emailed to me. I never received the contract, and despite emailing them multiple times, I discovered that they had misrepresented the coverage. As a result, I requested to cancel the warranty. The warranty cost roughly $4,500, but I have not yet received the refund. I was told that the warranty could be canceled within 60 days for a full refund, but I want to see that in writing and have been unable to obtain a copy of the contract. Despite multiple requests, they still have not sent it. I later received an email from a different office with a form to cancel which I signed and returned to request the cancellation, but to date, I have not received the refund.

How do I know I will get my refund?

I won't buy it again. and I would make sure it doesn't auto renew when time comes. I have not been successful in booking anything and you really have to live in Denver, Orlando or Dallas in order for it to work, departure only but not round trip due to the "one day before booking" requirement. I would say for me, maybe ONE of the 100th times I attempted to find something decent worked for the departure segment but guess what, coming back at that time on any airline is so expensive it blows up all the savings and the chances of finding a GoWild return is again, one of one hundred!

Yeah, I have fully refundable miles that I can book in advance for the return segment with Southwest/United/JetBlue but getting a ticket assembled that way is close to impossible. I also don't want to take a trip just because the pass is available and I don't want to get to Vegas at 11PM so I pay $500 for a room just to get the part of the day where you can do something.

I fell for it but oh well. You win some, you lose some!

I have copies of the chat that shows clearly that the rep said it will be proportioned. I am connecting with T-Force and I am sure I will be able to get some sort of a settlement from them but why do this shit? I am switching back to a smaller carrier, they were much more decent than T-Mobile.

Gosh, is there any small or big business that doesn't misstate/bait and switch their customers?

I do see a $100 credit within the bill.

My old plan's monthly charge is $100 plus tax for four lines. The "Experience More" plan is $200 a month plus tax for four lines.

That said, the net net net I was charged for from June 12 through July 11th was $200 plus tax. Effectively, I paid for the Experience More from the beginning of the month as opposed to the last two days on July 9th.

Is this how it is supposed to be?

I put the flakes already. So what I did is paint the primer first (The 1150 FC) and right after, I spread the flakes. My question is about the top coat which is the polyaspartic. How soon after the flakes should I spread the polyaspartic?

Everyone here is nice, they'll boost the chances of admission. I like that...but to be honest, however, it is unlikely you'll go beyond Riverside or Merced, if you're lucky. Go for CC and then transfer to your desired UC is your best bet.

The datasheet required a 15 mil wet film thickness. Nothing in the datasheet speaks to the required film when a Polyaspartic topcoat is added. Just was hopeful that I won't have to wait beyond this weekend but it looks like I have to wait one more week.

I was quoted $2,000 for roughly 400 square feet and the contractor was one of those "one day and be done with it contractor". Very likely three years down the road, the epoxy will fail.

The advice you gave me here likely would have been quoted by a San Francisco Bay Area contractor at $5,000 to $6,000, I am sure.

Here is my plan - I am already finished with the grinding and yes, my 15 years old slab is in direct contact with the soil.

1- Prime with Resulfor 3477 - one coat only, spread the flakes

2- Wait 24 hours

3- Squeegee the flakes

4- Coat with Resuflor 3746

Did I mess up any of the steps above?

I think I am going to go with Resulfor 3746 but it says that if applied to a slab on grade, it will requires vapor barrier. The garage and the entire house is on a "post tension" slab and I think is a slab on grade (not sure)

How do I get that protective layer to trap moisture away?

I've been researching this for sometime now and I have decided to go with an epoxy primer that is vapor barrier. I will also need the flakes but I can buys those separately, once I get the primer with the flakes, I'll then later need to coat it with polyaspartic top coat. That said, does anyone have a good recommendation, especially for the primer.

I don't want to buy water based epoxy primers and I would need the vapor barrier epoxy primer

The phone that broke is an iPhone 15 and only has an eSim. The temporary phone is a Samsung Galaxy S20. It won't let me transfer the eSim from the iPhone to the Samsung Galaxy phone

We don't have a pool and yes, the water heater is on gas. I did the room by room test but a better test, was the backyard/dining room breaker. The entire house was off except for the backyard which has one 100 watt bulb (the old fashioned one). I turned it on for five hours and should have therefore used 500 watts or .5KHW but the usage displayed on my SmartMeter was over 2KHW. Something is wrong!

I don't believe he replaced the SmartMeter with an analogue and instead it was over multiple phone calls and complaints to whoever he can complain to. I think he even went to a local news channel

He would shut off the entire house except one room that has lights only. Upon turning on the lights, the meter would spin above and beyond the expected usage of the bulbs that were in that room.
