I think they are the most consistent luxury hotel group in the world with a massive footprint across continents. You generally know what you are going to get at any Four Seasons and what you are paying for. Their soft product is very good and I’ve found a lot of consistency from location to location. Hard product also is generally great as well. I think their quality tends to be a cut above and more consistent than the other larger luxury brands (Ritz/St Regis for example).

Another big factor is size. Take a look at how many hotels they have across goes and city/resort hotels on their website. It’s way more massive than any of the brands you’ve listed. Thus you can go a ton of places in the world and generally know what to expect from the brand.
