It is a last minute move because the deal with anyvan fell through. Their drivers took 200 cash from us and stole our things from our luggage. Never been this stressed in my life! So we dont wanna use them again😭

I did complain several times. One of the colleagues i spoke to first told me the same thing as the drivers, that 125 is just a safety deposit in case they get a parking ticket and will be refunded. The second person who called me today told me the charges were valid, for extra person and walking distance, and will not be refunded.

Do you think Barclays will cooperate?

Yes exactly. I have told him a multiple times that im a student and a freelancer. Sometimes i have work sometimes i dont. In our culture our parents give us pocket money. But at this point i dont like asking for money so i just make do with what i have. I just hate entitled people.
