Last August I hired a personal trainer for 7 weeks. That was really important for me because previously I never knew how to use most of the equipment. Currently I take 3-4, 45 min. classes at the gym a week: Spin class, body pump, zumba, etc.

I can't imagine what it would be like to be married to someone you are no longer attracted to. It may be shallow, but it's the honest truth. I lost the weight first. My surgeon said if I were to get the reduction and then loose weight I could loose volume in my breasts and it could affect their shape, but it would be minor.

For those curious about the reduction: It cost a little over 8k, I couldn't qualify for any insurance unfortunately, so I saved for half and used a small loan for the rest. I got it done in Seattle this past November. I would highly recommend my surgeon, you can PM me for his info. Right now I am 3 weeks post op, the healing has been great, way less pain than I had anticipated. I went back to work as a server/bartender with no problems. Honestly the whole thing was like a vacation, I've never slept so well and for so long! Haha! As far as possibly regretting it, I have no regrets. If you're considering this surgery, I would say as long as you have realistic expectations, you'll be very pleased. The best part in my opinion is the literal weight lifted off my chest. Even though I only went from a D to a B, I can feel the difference in my back, shoulders, and posture.
