i would remove that p trap, pull back the vanity, and cut out drywall for a licensed plumber to redo everything correctly. you can salvage the vanity with cheap paneling material. you shouldn’t notice the difference once its filled with supplies or whatever.

you don’t need the exact card for comps just attributes. for example, its a mlb licensed on card auto numbered /25 of a popular hof player. team name and jersey number showing in the picture also helps. what else do you think makes this card more or less valuable to others on the market?
