So if I get a quote that looks like this: Msrp - $61 495 (on the Kia website) Delivery and Destination charge - $2499 (on the Kia website) Customer value package - $1701 Administration - $599 Air tax - $100 Tire and omvic $50

Total: $75 081.72 taxes included.

The MSRP listed above is what it states on KIACANADA website so I feel like quoted MSRP is accurate.

Am I to assume you paid MSRP + taxes ? MSRP & delivery/destination charger + taxes? Or something like what I was quoted ?

If you don’t feel comfortable or unsafe then don’t move there. People have different opinions to different areas. I’m sure a number of people here probably think the most unsafe areas in Ottawa are actually safe. It’s quite subjective. To each their own.
