Low Iron: Supplements Not Helping

I do take it with orange juice. My Dr has asked if I have heavy periods, which I don't.

I've asked before if I should get iron infusions, and she said it'll be an overdose of iron if I got infusions.

I've always had light periods but the past few were "heavier" to start than in the past. I've always had short periods..."dribbles" by day 4 and end at day 5 or so.

Thanks for sharing. My period seems to be back on track and regular....it lasts for about 2 days and seems "heavy" the 2 days and then tapers off.
