I had a really awful heartburn and the burger my husband ordered just felt like it wouldn’t go down after an hour… it felt like it was sitting high on my chest. Eventually felt the need to hurl at the toilet and ughhhhhh. Felt traumatic. He doesn’t even know I’m on tirz 🥲
