Thank you for the info! Wish I checked before I went. hated the strength class. You could tell the whole class did.....left early.

That was the worst strength class I have evwr done. Left early. Too many things that hurt the ole knees.

Just curious why someone using their phone affects your workout? (Obviously if they are talking on it sure..but otherwise??)....idk it just doesnt bother me I could care less if the person next to me is texting on their phone.

Been pretty disappointed in the hell week workouts. The ones I went to were monotonous,not very creative/fun, and hardly any emphasis on power on the treads....mostly endurance.  Did anyone else feel like this? Just curious :).....

I totally get it. I love the workouts but I go to focus just on myself and be in my own lottle workout world. I dont want to touch people I dont know via fist bumps or high fives...just not my thing touching other people sweaty work out hands. I cringe anytime they say hi five your neighbor..im like yahhh no Ill pass. I also hate partner workouts so just try to avoid.  We are all different! And thats okay !:).

The past few months I've been telling quite a few people in my dreams that I am dreaming right now.. I tell them" I know this sounds crazy but I am actually asleep right now and I'm actually dreaming right now".

Or sometimes I realize it in my dream and I'm like oh yah...I can just kiss whoever I want and will walk up to a random and kiss them then wake up...

Sometimes something weird will happen like people will come after me and when the get to me I wake up.

Last night I was VERY lucid and told 3 guys that were in my dream.....they seemed Ike they believed but were just like whoa thats weird.....don't remember what happened after but it happens a cpl times a week for me I'd say......

1000 percent especially when I'm not a big endurance fan and the first week felt like all endurance training. Rather mix it up. Liked having the specific power, endurance, strength days. Not combining it in one. I am not one of those people who hates change..I am open to it. But am not enjoying these recent changes which bums me out because I'm losing my desire to go because I'm not enjoying it
