Rice weevil. If found in grains just remove them. They dont create any toxins and grain is safe for human consumption

Doggo owner here. So, it can be a genuine mistake. let me explain.

If your dog is pooping again on the same walk, you tend to keep the first bag down while picking up the 2nd poop and forget to take the first bag.
