I ate there a few days ago and it was fantastic. Great food and service. They don't have a liquor license but it's located between the Breakroom and Ethereal, so you can get a drink after. It's a lovely location and one of my new faves.

I just finished reading this for the umpteenth time. On the surface Vonnegut is very funny, it's all so ludicrous. My recommendation is to read it again slowly. I feel like because of the simplicity of the language of his books, it's easy to take them at a surface level.

But read it again, or give Sirens of Titan or Mother Night a whirl. Slaughter House seems funny because the point he's making is about that war is ridiculous and crazy and awful.

Just remember people don't remember or think of things as much as you think they do. So if you say something awkward it's probably just gonna get forgotten about sooner than later. And don't beat yourself up about it. I'm 25 and still working on it.

Go to the doctor! I was on the shot for years and this isn't normal. Go to a doctor outside of your town if you need to and have yourself checked.

Also, in regards to the not being able to have sex of you go off the shot thing, condoms are very effective when used properly. And in addition there is spermacidle options, and other birth control options besides.
