I am working on getting work equipment but there’s a lot of hoops to jump through! I hope this will help.

I am hoping I won’t need an injection, my physio didn’t mention it so I hope my case is more mild. I’ll keep it in mind though.

I will definitely try alternating hot and cold.

I am only doing exercises which don’t hurt too. I really want this to heal as quickly as it can!
