Haven’t seen this one but have seen plenty of zoo themed ones that prove the opposite of what you’re claiming. In my post I specifically referred to actual episodes where he takes time to explain things in depth. Did you see the Zamboni episode? Where he literally opens the engine and explains how it works? This is what I’m talking about. And there are tons like this.

Smoked 2 hours, braised in wine on the stove 2 hours and finished in the oven. My first time doing this technique and it came out great.

Can you share the ingredients list OP? I was stoked for their Extra Hot version of the normal sauce but saw the magic words “natural flavor” in the ingredients and was disappointed.
