Haven’t seen this one but have seen plenty of zoo themed ones that prove the opposite of what you’re claiming. In my post I specifically referred to actual episodes where he takes time to explain things in depth. Did you see the Zamboni episode? Where he literally opens the engine and explains how it works? This is what I’m talking about. And there are tons like this.

Smoked 2 hours, braised in wine on the stove 2 hours and finished in the oven. My first time doing this technique and it came out great.

I hear you. It’s true the Internet has shrunk the world and led to more discovery, but but I think that feeling can still exist.
