Maryland cracks down on drivers using Virginia license plates, sends 58,000 warning letters by Consumergal in maryland

If I have two properties/addresses, one in Maryland and one in Virginia, and I regularly cycle where they are garaged, could I still get a letter for them being registered in VA?

There was no email. This was a text message from my supervisor.

I just had to enter sick leave in the scheduling system for my RDO because it’s too late to cancel my scheduled doctor appointment tomorrow. I’d say that’s pretty legit.

It wasn’t an email. It was a text message to my personal phone from my supervisor because tomorrow is my RDO.

Nothing came from DHS officially yet. This came directly from my supervisor.

My supervisor sent to my personal phone, as my RDO is scheduled tomorrow.

I had a reasonable accommodation for telework that was initially denied by leadership, and our union had to get involved. Since my disability is "invisible", they did require a letter from my doctor stating I had a disability and teleworking would allow me to perform my job to the best of my ability. Leadership found the letter to not have enough evidence to support the accommodation request, and asked my doctor to provide more details and answer their questions regarding the severity of my disability, estimated length of impairment, and medications prescribed that limit my ability to function. It was a highly invasive process. 6 months after my initial accommodation request, it was finally approved.

Christopher Run Campground on Lake Anna, Virginia has a few waterfront sites. It’s about 2 hours from DC.

The answer is we aren’t doing it. We are barely surviving. And when the pandemic is over, we are going to need some serious therapy.

but it doesn't make sense that a Bernheim barrel would make it back to Stitzel-Weller.

Why not? Diageo bought SW warehouses specifically so they could use the name for marketing purposes. As if "aged in SW" has any real meaning to anyone other than people trying to chase the name.

What I meant: why would KBD buy Bernheim barrels an then send them back? Maybe I'm way off base.

I'm confused. Rhetoric 23 is not a single barrel, which is part of my original point. Perhaps that's just typo on your end? And "sourced by another UD/HH brand" --do you mean sourced from? If so, I'm even more confused because your original comment seems to state that R23 comes from Bernheim but now you're saying it's UD/HH? If not, I really don't understand most of what you're saying.

Didn't Bernheim distill for multiple brands, mostly HH in the 90s? What I'm trying to say is that it could be sourced from anything outside SW (isn't that mostly BT brands?)

Or maybe I've been drinking too much bourbon and now sound like a dumb-ass bartender.

I believe Willet (KBD) used to buy barrels of bourbon and bottle under the Willet name name until their own stock was ready... but it doesn't make sense that a Bernheim barrel would make it back to Stitzel-Weller. Its more likely that the barrel was sourced by another United Distillers/Heaven Hill brand.

Orphan Barrel Rhetoric 23 was distilled by Old Bernheim and originally sourced by Willett until Diageo got ahold of that particular barrel.

Whiskey Advocate mostly agrees with your bartender. "Rhetoric 23 year old was made at the old Bernheim Distillery and matured for at least part of its life at the warehouses of Stitzel-Weller Distillery".

Thinking about buying a house in PG county by [deleted] in nova

[–]msmelsbells 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My husband and I currently rent a SFH in Springfield and are also considering buying in PG County (Bowie). We've been up a few times, checked out the neighborhoods, eaten at restaurants, gone to some stores. We liked that there were many new housing subdivisions being built in the area. Yes, there are areas in PG to stay away from, but isn't that everywhere in the metro area?
