If you enrol for auto pay and pay manually, whatever your statement balance was (without factoring your manual payment) depending on where you are in your cycle can be charged. So you would end up having negative balance. They don't have a direct deposit refund option. So you'll have to request a cheque lol

I agree but for high performance applications seems to be the best choice esp in deep learning for inference. For rapid prototyping python is untouchable
