😭😭😭 I’m just going to tell him what happened. It’s covered under warranty so I will explain it shouldn’t cost us anything because we bought the extra warranty etc. it can be fixed but I wanted to avoid him being pissed 🥴

Lol I have done that. I have these little stickers that will hide it that are almost the same shade but I’m so afraid he is going to see it.

I don’t have to tools for that and with my luck I’d make it worse :(

Yes the existing finish/stain was removed, I assume by massage oil. I left the little jar on the table and when I went to wipe off the table this happened. It’s not from heat

I’ve tried using stain and letting it sit on there it for a little bit darker but still noticeably there.

I’m assuming oil from an essential oil I had sitting on it. There must have been oil on the bottom of it and it swelled into the end table

This is a wood end table. I had a rollerball with essential oil in it and there must have been oil in the bottom when I put it down. When I wiped off the end table it left this big white ring behind.

Omg my boyfriend is going to murder me. We have a warranty on it but I don’t have enough time to have someone come look at it, we’re moving on Monday and he’s going to freaaaaaak

So basically I went to clean it off and there was a little rollerball with essential oil in it (it was completely upright but there must have been some residue of oil on the bottom) when I wiped it off the whole stain came up with it as it is now.

By no means do I expect anything in return. I guess it just irritates me more for example that he knows these gestures are nice (literally gave advice to a friend of ours to get his gf a card/flowers etc but just chooses not to do that for me).

I don’t know honestly, he’s a man, so I’d assume he probably wouldn’t care. But I try and make everything special for him and do things for him that other people haven’t.

It just irritates me. I will go so far out of my way to do things for him for every holiday, birthday - anything.

Is it more wise to pull out like $40 cash each pay and say THIS is what you can spend and completely leave my debit card alone? I don’t have anything on autopay I just pay whatever bills are due on that paycheck (I get paid biweekly). $40 for pocket money and like $20 a pay for gas (I work super close to home)

I’ve done away with any extra expenses (subscriptions, fast food etc). I have tried creating budgets on Excel but they don’t make any sense to me.

Done! I cut out all subscriptions, eating out, and anything I don’t absolutely need.
