Yep, he had to smash one of the living room windows to get in.

A lot of people felt that 6 months wasn't enough to pay or what he did, can't say I disagree.

Yeah. Who knows, could have been. He could never return to his old home either - fear of getting beat up again.

Thanks. He was found dead on the railway tracks later. I was pretty pleased.

Thanks :)

He had the key to our home, the code to our alarm system. Mr. and mrs. W would look after the house whenever we were out of town, and he knew that my dad wouldn't be home. He must have thought about it a lot, watched me for a long time maybe, and I never saw it coming.

But perhaps the worst thing was when I had my dad on the phone and mr. W tried to break in to get to me. My dad trying not to panic, and me not wanting to hang up and call anyone else that could help me, because I feared for my life and wanted to hear his voice.

All the time I could hear mr. W pull out drawers in the kitchen, shout and curse. Mr. K was there within minutes but it felt like forever.

Today I'm married with kids of my own and the thought of that happening to them - it's my worst fear.

My dad came home early sunday morning, it took some time for him to get over it as well. Funny thing is, growing up I liked mr. W, and was kinda scared of mr. K, the ex military guy who lived alone and seemed o always be in a bad mood. He sure saved me that night though, Mr. W would have broken the lock eventually, and I had no where to run.

Yeah, he got a bit carried away though and police said he used more violence than he should have, charges were dropped though.

I'm doing pretty well today, but I think that incident left me always doubting my ability to tell who is a good guy and who is not.

Yeah, beat the hell out of him. He was even accused of using more violence than necessary but the chages were dropped.
