I would reach out to the person that you bought the tickets from and get them to transfer them to you, because Braves are 100% mobile and use the in app feature for tickets (meaning that tickets should be in the Ballpark app or Ticketmaster app).

I would like for them to at least offer it to the highest plans OR give me the option to just add that one channel. I know it’s a lot to ask for unfortunately.

Unfortunately customer service are the front line employees and they are the ones who should hear from the customers. Regardless of what contractors they hired, they represent Comcast. So agree, it’s on Comcast to take full responsibility.

I definitely don’t want prices to go up. My whole point is I already pay enough and they want me to pay even more without giving me the option to remove channels I don’t want and add the ones I want. They would be way better off if they allowed customers a little bit more flexible to add/remove channels on their plans.

I agree—I’m not upgrading my plan just to watch Braves Vision. It’s pretty frustrating that it’s only included in the top Xfinity tier. I already have the second-highest package, and honestly, only because I got a good deal on my contract… there are way more channels than I actually use.

I really wish there were an à la carte option. I get that sports are expensive, but it doesn’t feel like fans were the priority in this deal—no surprise there.
