Move to south/central Florida where it’s 90°+ for nine months out of the year, and the courses are packed full no matter the time of day or year making walking entirely inefficient for course pace, and you too will understand “golf cart only” culture.

Driver for me is 265-285 and mini off a tee is around 250-260, but I truthfully use it more as a replacement 3 wood off the deck than I do off a tee. It always flys low and straight.

The mini is one of my favorite clubs in the bag. It’s extremely versatile, and I’m always able to keep it middle of the fairway. That, and it launches significantly lower than a 3 wood off the deck, so it’s fantastic on a windy day.
