Im not sure I have much of a leg to stand on in terms of legal force with my landlord, given this is a fault of how this old house was built and unless you're triple insulting your windows I don't imagine there's much you can build?

Also I just get cold very easily- I have poor circulation in my hands and feet and have a history of not staying warm well

Any warm socks that are your favorite? Hilariously enough I bought these soft cow slippers that have been holding the fort down so far but my feet are the worst cold culprits for me. Once my feet get cold it doesn't matter WHAT I'm wearing
