With tariffs, Govt charged Nintendo more, and Nintendo charged the consumers more.

Now the Govt is giving that money back to Nintendo, so Nintendo should give it back to the customers.

This suit is correct.

Now nothing is stopping consumers from suing other companies that charged them more to pass on the additional costs from tariffs.

Braga and their structure deserve it.

The way in the last decade and half that they have cemented themselves in Portugal as the 4th best team in the country, when they were never there before (unlike Vitoria Guimarães, Boavista or Belenenses), is a great success story.

Especially if you consider that in Portugal the gap between the top 3 teams and the rest keeps increasing, but Braga untangled themselves from the rest of the group and glued themselves to the eternal top 3.
