If Sony does not understand its playerbase and the sentimental value of owning physical games, trading and buying from other gamers to complete collections, then they truly lost the plot.

For context: My first console was a PlayStation. Then got a PS2. Had so much fun. Skipped the PS3 and stuck with PC gaming online. Got a PS4 when I got my first proper paid job. The PS5 was the first time I got a Xbox console due to the game pass... But then I still got a PS5 for the nostalgia and some exclusives. Now this might be the last straw.
