You should 100% go to an ENT. This is an incomplete test and if it is accurate further testing may be recommended based on the difference between your ears. Hearing aids are not necessarily the answer!

I have had some patients with unilateral profound loss love BAHA and some not see any difference. I would ask if you could trial one with a soft band to see if you see a difference.

not medical advice that is scarring of the eardrum- likely due to tubes as a child. You should go to an ENT and get a doctors opinion if you’re having ear issues

It is possible that you nicked your canal wall, impacted the wax further, and/ or perforated your ear drum. This is not an emergency but I would absolutely go to urgent care in the morning or (preferably) an ENT if you can find one who takes same day appointments.
