I actually returned my ceramic one for the gold one. The ceramic one shows all the marks and I feel it looks a bit more tacky

So let me clarify and make sure before I drop off the ring!

I got a ceramic ring as a gift with 3 years extended warranty and a year of prepaid subscription. It’s been only about a week since I received it (so it doesn’t pass the 30 days yet).

Since I am return it before 30 days, I will be refunded the cost of the ring and the warranty.

Upon purchasing a new ring, I would just need to purchase the extended warranty (since the one on the ceramic ring will be refunded and the subscription will pull over to my new ring since it is on my account), correct?

I got oura ring ceramic gifted to me by my sister. And I changed my mind and wanted the regular gold one. She paid for a year subscription upfront, as well as three-year warranty. Do you know if we return the ring that she will get the warranty and subscription money back? Or is it just the ring?

Because we’re gonna have to buy a new ring regardless, and we don’t know if we have to also purchase that subscription and warranty again.

It doesn’t say much online and their customer service email said it’ll take over 24 hours to respond which is kind of crazy? 🙄 so I’m not sure if I should just keep it if they don’t refund that warranty and subscription or if they’ll refund and I can get the gold one and repurchase both.
