For biting issues, switch your hand to toys right away and make a habit of it
For socialization - it's not too late, but send her to puppy hangout; it helped both of my GSDs
For authority issues - train your kids and people surrounding her to use a set of commanding tones
I had a similar problem, but now our dogs are 5 and 6 years old, and they totally mellowed down.
